On Wednesday, Hannah’s Mom made us a Jordanian dish called “Uzzie”!! I have NO IDEA is that is spelled correctly or not?! But anyway, it was delicious!! It is rice cooked with hamburger in Allspice and Cinnamon. It is then topped with plain yogurt and a Jordanian salad of tomatoes, lettuce, and some amazing kind of dressing!! Anyway, that’s a “rough explanation” but it was fabulous!!
